Nothing hugely special, just need to keep momentum moving forward. I know, especially with goals, it's important to be as specific as possible, and I did not do that AT ALL, but it's also because I feel like I don't know which directions to go into as I feel I'm getting pulled in a number of directions, my big thing is finding what I'm good at, building on that, and partnering with those around me to supplement where I'm weak while helping with my strengths.
I've always found by building a network, you find your niche.
