I am transitioning Full-time Sr. Surgical Tech to a new career/hobby to coding. I am working with freecodecamp.org to get as many certs as possible while also working on a Python cert as well.
I had not personally been exposed to this syndrome, I actually was thinking this was just a part of people being nasty. I have been part of the Healthcare arena for over 25 yrs, I just thought it was jealousy of people and them manipulating the Doctors, personnel and other staff. I did not realize how involved this issue was.
