I think most entrepreneurs would agree with me now that they would give anything just to increase QSR EBITDA. I started looking for what options I have to implement this and came across an article about EB-3 visa workers for quick service restaurants and that it would help solve the problem of staff turnover, which directly affects QSR EBITDA. That is, if I hire workers under the EB3 visa program, it would help me increase this indicator, because they are forced to work at least one year at one job. I understand that theoretically this should really help, but still I wanted to find out from some of the entrepreneurs who have already applied this to their business and whether it really solved your problem with low QSR EBITDA. I would be grateful if you could share your experience.

We’re currently exploring the idea of relocating to Malta and are particularly interested in understanding how LGBTQ-friendly the country truly is. From what we’ve read so far about LGBTQ friendly Malta, Malta has gained a strong reputation in Europe for its progressive stance on LGBTQ rights, but we’d love to hear from people who actually live there or have spent time in the community.

We’d like to know more about the legal rights and protections available for LGBTQ individuals for instance, are same-sex marriages and civil unions fully recognized? How well are anti-discrimination and equality laws enforced in daily life, especially in areas like housing, employment, and healthcare?
