  1. What language or framework have you decided to learn?

I am going to work on a project using Ruby

  1. Why did you pick it?

The first time I heard the name I was intrigued and now that I am building my own personal site it would be really cool to learn this and put it on Rails!

Which platform/field would you like to work in?
I want to work in [web/mobile/enterprise/game] development I am really looking forward to enterprise development,
I like the idea of being able to code my own simple HTML projects but I don't think webdev is where I am wanting to-go
in the long run. For this project I am leaning towards Ruby
.

What do you want to build first?
I want to build a [website or web app], [mobile app]

___I am going to build out my first fully coded web site___.

My priority with learning to code is...
Having fun? Building websites quickly? Having a widely used/practical skill? Writing efficient code?

___My goal with learning to code is to build a practical understanding of how machine language works and how I can manipulate it__.

Do you know CSS and/or HTML?
If not, that’s totally fine! If you don’t know CSS or HTML, these are good starting points.

__I do not know CSS and HTML yet! I have however started on my first HTML web page__.

Do you like to be more self-sufficient when learning things or completing projects? Or do you like to work in groups?
Jot down your thoughts on your learning style here. Certain frameworks/languages have active communities with lots of resources while others require a bit more independence.

_I would much rather learn in a group setting than figure it out on my own. The benefit of having someone else to work with is the collaboration that you get when learning or working with someone else_.
