Hello Fellow Developers & Codenewbies π,
It has been a while since the last time I wrote, so it's good to be back!

Iβve been putting off my eye checkup for a while, but I think itβs finally time to schedule an eye exam in Houston. I spend most of my day working on a laptop, and lately, Iβve noticed more frequent headaches and blurry vision, especially toward the end of the day. Has anyone else dealt with this before booking an exam?
Iβm trying to find a clinic thatβs easy to schedule with and doesnβt make you wait weeks for an appointment. I heard that Eye Care Superior in Houston offers convenient scheduling options and even same-week appointments in some cases. Has anyone here used their services? Were they flexible with timing, and how was the overall experience?
I enjoyed reading your article and understand what you mean about using pomodoros for coding. Sometimes I also end up in a flow state after that first 25 minutes and forget to take a break π. I need to remember that those breaks are super important for the brain to stop and process things in a big picture perspective.
Thank you, @ana ! π
Glad that you enjoy reading it!
Yes, we tend to forget to take break. It's like, "oh, a little bit more...", then it's already 2 hours later π
Nice Article Ayu.
I definitely agree with you on everything here, some me time and healthy habits and hobbies are deinitely a great boost with creativity and being able to learn especially in coding.
Keep up the good work
Thank you, Malcolm! Also for reading π
As developers, we often spend long hours sitting, which makes building healthy habits essential. Simple changes like taking regular breaks, stretching, staying hydrated, and setting up an ergonomic workspace can make a huge difference. Many ignore posture until discomfort appears, but itβs smarter to act early. In fact, when you find posture help, you reduce long-term risks like back and neck pain while boosting focus. Consistency with small daily routines is the key to staying healthier and more productive.
Building healthy habits is essential for developers to maintain long-term productivity and well-being. Just like Arthrogenix supports joint health and mobility, developers need to prioritize ergonomics, regular movement, and mental wellness. Taking breaks, stretching, and using science-backed supplements can enhance focus, reduce strain, and sustain peak performance in coding and development. View Supplement Info
Your post really resonated with me β Iβve been trying to build healthier work-life habits too, and itβs amazing how small changes add up. For me, even something as simple as using GET PETTIN in my morning routine gives me a consistent boost to stay focused without burning out. Pairing that with regular breaks and earlier sleep has made a big difference in both my coding and overall energy.
Thank you, Aniebiet! π
Video games are definitely helpfull in releasing stress! π
Yeah, some countries are still not ready to go back to normal π₯
Hang on a bit there! π€
