It's totally normal!
You can replicate the tutorial project that you created when you don't have something in mind. Then try to add some features to it.
Or, I don't know what you're learning, but if you learn HTML, CSS and Javascript, check out Frontend Mentor. They have plenty free project to do from scratch :)
I love learning new things, always interested in making new acquaintances and building old ones, enjoy watching movies and playing games. Also into Graphic designing and a bit of video editing.
