I'm currently facing an issue with the SSO ID login system on a government services portal. After successful authentication, instead of redirecting to the intended service/dashboard, the user gets stuck on a blank or intermediate loading screen. This happens intermittently on both mobile and desktop browsers.
Things I’ve checked so far:
Callback/redirect URL is correctly set in the configuration.
Browser cookies and cache cleared.
Tested across multiple ISPs and devices.
Has anyone else experienced similar behavior using SSO ID? Any suggestions or fixes would be appreciated!
