How To Create A Pivot Table

You can make wiser business judgements if you have the ability to analyse all the data in your worksheet. However, it can be challenging to know where to begin, particularly when there is a wealth of information.
PivotTables, a fantastic way to summarize, analyze, explore, and present your data, may be created automatically by Excel if it makes a recommendation for it.
A column heading or table header should be present in your data, and no rows should be left blank.
In the table or cell range, click any cell.
INSERT > Recommended PivotTables should be clicked.
Click any pivot table layout to see a preview in the recommended pivot tables dialogue box. Then, choose the one that best displays the data for you.
