Hello everyone!
I’m excited to share my journey as a beginner in coding. Just a short while ago, I didn’t know where to start or which language to learn first. The world of tech looked so big and overwhelming. But once I took my first step, I realized that coding is not just about writing lines of code — it’s about solving problems and creating things that matter.
Why I Started Coding
Like many beginners, I wanted to build apps and websites that people could actually use. I kept hearing about how programming opens doors to creativity, freelancing, and even career opportunities. That curiosity pushed me to start learning.
My First Language
I chose Python as my starting language. It’s beginner-friendly, widely used in many fields, and has a huge community that supports learners. Writing my first “Hello, World!” felt like a big win — and that small success motivated me to keep going.
Challenges I Faced
Information overload (so many tutorials and courses out there!)
Debugging errors that sometimes took hours
Staying consistent with daily practice
But the more I coded, the more I realized that mistakes are actually part of the learning process. Every error message teaches you something new.
Tips for Fellow Beginners
Start small — don’t aim to build the next Facebook on day one.
Be consistent — even 30 minutes a day adds up.
Join a community (like CodeNewbie ) — asking questions and sharing progress makes learning fun.
Build projects — practice beats theory every time.
What’s Next for Me
I’m now exploring web development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript). My dream is to create projects that solve real-world problems and maybe even contribute to open-source in the future.
