How Powerful Is Intel Arc?

Hello Folks,

As an architect, I must use heavy 3D design software on my laptop, such as UGNX, Catia, and Revit, and I also used to play games on weekends, so my laptop has always been stuck and hanged; now I want to upgrade the processor; I was thinking of Nvidia, but one of my seniors suggested that a laptop with Intel Arc would be better for what he does, so I just want to know how powerful Intel Arc is.
