Hey internet friends! Today is the first day of my web dev journey!
βWhat's on the books?β you ask...starting with the usual suspects
HTML5, CSS3, Javascript
I currently run my web design studio but want to up-level my skillset and bring more value to my clients by learning to code.
I'm so appreciative of the communities I have found on the web supporting beginners and am grateful to established developers for their encouragement and taking the time to help us newbies. Thank you all!
Welcome Carla!
Welcome Clara!
Hey all, looking forward to chatting and asking a lot of questions. Glad to have found this place.
I burnt out a little bit from my day job recently, working in the crypto space as I take a break. Developers have the magic and I think I want to be a part of the magic and build powerful, useful, beautiful things on the internet. Looking at a career change as I learn and see if it's the path I want to take.
Currently using jetbrains as I intro thru html, css, and javascript. working on a simple web app as I go through the tutorials trying to apply and expand what I learn.
Good luck! It might be hard to jump into a full learning mindset if you're feeling burnt out, so if there's anything you can do (and enjoy) to fully unplug for a bit, def recommend that!
You are doing well...
Hello Everyone,
I'm Franklin,
I might have already been coding for quite some time now, but I still consider myself a noob, because there is so much I don't know yet, I'm hoping that joining this community will help me level up my skills and knowledge by giving me a platform to interact with others just like me, to share knowledge and ideas, and to make friends (because being self taught is so hard and lonely).
I can't wait to meet my new coding buddies π
Heyo Franklin!
Welcome to the community here. Hope that ya dig it!
Hi everyone! π
I'm relatively new to programming and development, but I already love working with JS and Python. Don't currently have a job in the tech field yet, but I'm looking forward to working as a developer in the future.
I'm really excited to learn all I can about this awesome field, wish me luck! π

Hello all!
My current practice as a creative head is deeply rooted in traditional craft like printmaking and binding books by hand. I've been interested in how to use code in design and building beautiful websites for ages - but always thought I didn't have the intelligence for it. It's all a learning curve though, right?
Let's see where this journey takes me :)
Hello everyone, Iβm a university student in the life sciences field but I just realized itβs not for me. And I just started learning html and css, because I want to be a software engineer
Great to have you!
Okay, welcome.
Hi there!
My current job s*cks, so I want to change. I've tried javaScript earlier, but I abandoned the course. Now I'd like to start from scratch, but I am a bit uncertain: is it still a good career option to be a full-stack JS developer (with low-code, no-code and all the AI stuffs around)?
Howdy partners! π€
Hope y'all enjoy being a part of this community and lemme know if you have any questions about using the platform.
