Thank you for the introduction Alex. I had never herd of the oden project and will check it out. I am currently going through the freecodecamp ciriculum, but not if is the right style of learning yet. How do you find the Odin Project?
Hi jake, sorry for the late response - I haven't looked at this for a while. I'm finding the odin project amazing. It pushes you hard but you end up learning a lot from it and having a lot to show for your time and effort. I'd highly recommend trying it out.

Hello, my name is Andy. I discovered this site while watching a YouTube video from the Codeland Conference 2018 - the speaker mentioned it as a good resource. I'm not exactly a newbie - I have a BS in Computer Science and actually did a lot of coding in the early part of my career - but it's been a long time since I got pulled away from the fun stuff to do more management and administrative stuff. Now that I'm retired, I want to get back to coding. I guess the first thing to do is try to catch up with the changes in technology over the past 25+ years. I'm looking forward to finding kindred spirits.
