I'm learning HTML CSS and javascript, and after seeing a video on figma I became a bit confused. Am I wasting my time learning these when you have Apps like figma.

What do you mean ? I think figma is a prototyping app where you will design how your app is going to look like. But you need to develop it using code, right ?
