What sleep aids (natural or effective) do you use?

Hello everyone,

I’ve been struggling with sleep issues for several months now: trouble falling asleep, frequent awakenings, and feeling exhausted in the morning. I’m trying to avoid prescription sleeping pills because I’m worried about dependence.

I’ve heard of various sleep aids such as herbal teas, melatonin, meditation, or even lifestyle habits like limiting screen time, adjusting diet, and exercising. I’m especially interested in anything that improves Sommeil, helping me get deeper and more restful nights.
