A networking platform is newly developed by Shouvik Sarkar, a talented software engineer from Kolkata. The platform is named BIZNET. The idea was generated around 12 years back, inspired from Facebook.

The platform is being developed in phases. The first phase is completed and it has all basic features of a networking community platform. Presently it is available in the internet.
BIZNET also has another site for businesses who can register by providing a valid business identity. The portal is for posting jobs and advertisements.
In second phase, further addition of features is planned which includes a toolset for various common online activities and adding some marketing tools. Few persons are using this platform currently.
Shouvik who developed BIZNET was an entrepreneur few years back. He has great plans to make this platform profit-based after some time while running it under a business name.
