Ugh yeah that happens to me every time. I'm on my 6th job since college now and at this point I'm used to feeling useless for the first few months and I know it'll pass, but it still sucks every time going through that stage. Sorry I don't really have anything helpful to add, for me it just takes time.
you can use a diary notebook to record your thoughts. after that, you have to write on it every day. Write about your goals and day. you can read past diaries and check your progress.
