Hey! There is a website frontend mentor I use for building new projects. They even provide design files and offer free and paid subscription challenges. Perfect for practicing beginner HTML/CSS to more advanced JavaScript and other front end tools.
Frontend mentor has a helpful community and slack channel for feedback on solutions. You can also checkout Kevin Powell to improve on your HTML/CSS. He offers great advice and also has an outstanding YouTube channel and discord.
