I find the hardest part of an accomplishment journal is to identify accomplishments 😅 It's so easy to brush off what you already know how to do as easy and not consider how much effort went toward developing your skills to the point you're able to do something!

totally agree

one trick could be to organize your accomplishments around:

  1. what you've learned
  2. what you've taught
  3. what the TEAM has accomplished (just be sure to acknowledge your contribution, too)
