Programming Issue in Python on a Chromebook

Hey everyone,

I'm having an issue with programming in Python on my Chromebook, and I'm hoping someone can help. I'm new to programming and I'm using a Chromebook to learn Python, but I've run into a problem and I'm not sure what to do.

Here are some details about my Chromebook and the issue I'm experiencing:

  1. Chromebook: Lenovo 3i Chromebook (15” Intel)
  2. Operating system: Chrome OS
  3. Python version: 3.7.3
  4. The issue: I'm trying to run a Python program, but I keep getting an error message that says "No module named 'matplotlib'".

I've tried a few things to fix the issue, including:

  1. Installing the matplotlib module using pip
  2. Updating Python to the latest version
  3. Restarting the Chromebook and trying again

Unfortunately, none of these solutions have worked, and I'm still getting the same error message. I'm not sure what else to try, so I'm hoping someone here might have some ideas.

If anyone has any suggestions or has experienced a similar issue, I'd really appreciate your help. Thanks in advance!
