I retired from teaching in 2010, and I sure wish I had started my coding journey back then. My daughter is an engineer and went to a bootcamp to learn coding. I took an abbreviated intro class and have been slowly going through a Udemy Web Dev class by Colt Steele. I recently started listening to the CodeNewbie Podcast when it showed up as a potential podcast I would be interested in. I had been listening to a Python podcast by Michael Kennedy just to become familiar with the topics, and jargon of the “Tech World.”Today, I decided to join this site. I have so many questions, and my daughter is too busy to answer them, so I hope I can find information and people to share with on this site.

Hey Lala,
There are a lot of knowledgeable, friendly, supportive people here in the CodeNewbie community. There are also a lot of great Discord and Slack communities, as well as amazing accounts on Twitter to follow.

I could post a bunch of things, but I'll go with these:
Those are just a few of the places to find support and fellow coders. If there's something specific that you're looking for, please feel free to ask.
Welcome!
Good luck on your coding journey! I also did the Udemy Web Dev course by Colt Steele 😀
