Hi CodeNewbie community! 👋
I'm running MegaWholesalerInc.com, a B2B wholesale business supplying garments, gloves, socks, bed sheets, and safety wear across the USA, Canada, and Europe. My background is all business — manufacturing, logistics, and client handling. But mega wholesale came to launching our website, I found myself stepping into a whole new world: web development.
I started using a simple website builder, but I quickly hit limits. I wanted custom sections, better SEO structure, performance improvements — things that just weren’t doable without some coding knowledge.
That pushed me to start learning HTML and CSS. I watched YouTube tutorials, read blogs, and tinkered with page code directly. Even though I’m still a beginner, understanding the basics helped me feel more in control of my own site. I’ve even started learning how to write better meta tags, structure my content for performance, and troubleshoot small bugs on my own.
It made me realize that learning to code isn’t just for developers — it’s a superpower for entrepreneurs too.
If you’re also learning to code because of your own project or business, I’d love to hear about your journey. What challenges did you face early on? Any resources or advice you’d give to someone like me who’s trying to go from “just a website owner” to someone who really understands how it works under the hood?
Looking forward to connecting and learning from you all!
