I’ve just started volunteering with Code the Dream and I love that they focus on helping individuals from underrepresented and disadvantaged backgrounds get into the tech industry. In addition to practicing my fullstack development chops with Rails and Ruby, I want to go more in-depth with SQL and learn more backend tech like Node.js and Express.
