I don't know how CodeNewbie works yet, although I would just add that I'd be glad to answer questions through messaging (on the platform anytime) or during visio-coding sessions (2 times a week). People having less than 2 years experience Web Development in general or more specifically in C++ ; JavaScript | ReactJS | Foundation ; Gatsby or Netlify or none at all but willing to learn are welcome.

I'm keizzmann from Lagos Nigeria. I started learning how to code in 2019 and now i code in javascript, python and c# even though I'm pretty much a learner in all these. I keep struggling with finding a good learning method and motivation to do things, especially projects. I believe i can be better when I'm around a community that forces me to build projects weekly and teach me when I'm wrong and help me grow.

Cause if i do, I'm really passionate about doing good things and making them open source.

I found this platform from dev.to so i hope to make coding friends that build projects as the beat way to learn.

I started learning coding on my own with Java in a free online course last year and January I participated in a CodeBootcamp 6-week intensive remote course (there were two teachers teaching basics of front-end and back-end development via Teams). I am currently learning Python and studying elements of AI (a free online course: course.elementsofai.com/ ) at home. Studying on my own is a bit challenging with 5-year old kid and 15,5 years old doggie around me all the time so like Lucy wrote before.
