I have a fundamental knowledge of html and CSS and I am learning JS right now separate to this challenge. I am going to go with Bootstrap for this challenge. It fits in with a Udemy course I am doing on web development. I have just tried out Ruby, and I have to say I am very impressed! So perhaps ... I will find out about that next ...
