From Front Desk to Front End p17

I am BACK!

I got a job!!! I'll go into details at a later date. :} For now I've been giving my current company, an acupuncture clinic, some time to transition and myself some time to up training materials for them based on my findings in the insurance and billing process for the past five years.

I took a break from learning code for a week! During this time I took a FEW beach walks, fulfilled the yearly tradition of exploring the Haunted Trails in San Diego Balboa Park with my uncle, and I did a lot of paper crafting to prep game props for the D&D campaign I DM!

I'm still on it. :) But I'll be taking it a little easier these coming weeks while I'm transitioning.

Thursday 10/20/22

Finally learned how to hyperlink to a section on a webpage.
So I reviewed how css works so that I can decide where I want to import my fonts in, so based on how the browser loads the HTML first, uses this to build the DOM, then imports all files connected to HTML BEFORE loading in the CSS- I'm going to put in the HTML, not @import into my CSS.
I reacquanted myself with my Nametag generator and made some edits to my arrangement of my component for handling UserInput based on the solution code and a code along, but I need to debug and I think I'm having issues with all the parentheses etc!

Friday 10/21/22:

I went CAMPING in Idyllwild with my partner, bestie, and her spouse over the weekend! It was BEAUTIFUL and we had an extended quiet (buzzing) time with a hummingbird feeding from scarlet trumpet flowers up close. We were wrecked by some unexpected rain tho. (0% moisture levels all the way thru that morning!!!) 😂
